Book your therapy session.

Reaching out and booking your first therapy session can feel uncomfortable and might bring up feelings of anxiety, shame, or guilt. Booking an appointment is the first step to standing up to those feelings and normalizing therapy for yourself. If you feel overwhelmed at the thought of making the call or sending the email, enlist a friend, parent or supporter to help you through doing so. They can sit with you while you make the call, or help draft the email with you. Cedar Tree Therapy is a space of non judgement and safety. One day, booking a therapy appointment will feel empowering and like an act of self love. Any questions or contact from you is welcomed.

Cedar Tree Therapy is not a crisis service. If you are in crisis, please call or text 988 (support is available 24/7) or call 911 or visit your local emergency department.
